SRZ Module Type Controller

SRZThe SRZ (Z-TIO) is 4 channels digital temperature controller packed one compact module.
Z-TIO (4 channels type) module can have 4 CT (current transformer) inputs. 3-phase heater can be monitored by allocating two CTs to one control channel.
Modules can be remotely distributed by connecting them via RS-485 communication. Up to 16 Z-TIO (128 DIs) and 16 Z-DIO (128 DOs) modules can be connected to one serial communication line by distributed installation.
The maximum number of modules connected by distributed installation is 31 modules.

SRZ Series : High Accuracy Module Controller Z-TIO-G
Z-TIO-G The Z-TIO-G module is a high accurate and high resolution type temperature control module with measuring accuracy of ±0.050°C and resolution of 0.001°C.
Dual loop control is available with a single Z-TIO-G module.
The communication interface is only RS-485.

Up to 16 Z-TIO-G modules can be connected on the same communication line.
When 16 Z-TIO-G modules are used, temperature control of up to 32 channels is possible.
When the Z-TIO-G module is used with other types of Z-TIO modules in the same system (unit), the maximum connection of modules is 16 modules.
However, if 4-channel type modules are used in the system, the maximum number of channels can be more than 32 channels.

SRV Module Type Controller
The SRV is a DIN rail mounted module type temperature controller. Dual loop control can be performed with a single compact module.SRV
A maximum of 31 modules can be connected for 62-loop control. Power supply and communication lines are via a connector on the side, no wiring required.
Distributed installation via RS-485 is possible, enabling multi-zone distributed control system in a compact size.

SRX Module Type Controller
The SRX is a digital controller with a super high speed sampling of control updating cycle time of 25ms (0.025 sec).
Dual loop control can be performed with a single compact module. A maximum of 31 modules can be connected for 62-loop control.SRX
Power supply and communication lines are via a connector on the side, no wiring required.
Distributed installation via RS-485 is possible, enabling multi-zone distributed control system in a compact size.
A 16 patterns by 16 segment ramp/soak program is standard in the SRX. Control can be selected from a standard fixed-setpoint control and ramp/soak program control.
